Visa processing for a Bhutanese but resident of Japan

How do I process visa for China as a resident of Japan and stationed in Tokyo to attend a week long workshop in Changchun.

Pasang, the first step is to prepare the required materials including passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from the workshop, and your residence permit in Japan.
Next, go to the CVASC to submit the application.
