Can I send in my visa application via courier service if I can't come or know someone in Houston?

If I live very far from Houston and do not know anyone in Houston, can I send my application via commercial courier service?

Suresh, you cannot post the application to Huston consulate. You need to submit the application in person or find someone else to do that on your behalf.
