About:Chinese Consulates in South Africa
Location, Borders reopen and courier of passport
1) Is the Chinese Consulate in Cape Town still in Rhodes Ave, or has it moved to 1 Thibault on Long street Cape Town?
2) Can I courier my passport to the COnsulate to have the visa done or do I have to go in to do my visa?
3) Are the Chinese borders starting to open?
