About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is it possible to use transit visa arrangement twice within a short period?The travel schedule is

Amsterdam - Shanghai - Tokyo, and after two weeks in Japan: Osaka - Shanghai - Amsterdam

So we would need the visa transit arrangement twice within a 2,5 week period.
