can i get a tourist visa to come back to china?

I'm currently in Wuhan with an X2 type with only one entrance and I want to go abroad but to come back for my stuff and grades I would need a tourist L type and then go back to my country, can I apply for that tourist L type here, please help me!

If it can be done, you can come back to China.You should prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid visa and the copy, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record. Next, you can submit the application to the embassy. Usually, it may take 4 working days for this process.
