How will I survive in the bank job in which iam criticised daily. How will I get rid of this

My name is beena nair. My dob is 11th October 1980. My birth time is 3.30 p.m. my birth place is mumbai. Kindly help as iam really frustrated with new job. Any solutions please

It depends on the situation your in if it's in relation to culture or work related?? I say be yourself stand firm keep your head up n just tell yourself you are there for your money n invite goodness in through out your day mingle if you have to don't let no body take your smile away
