About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travel route eligible for 144 hour visa

Can you advise if this route is eligible
Already hold a ticket as follows
Heathrow - bangkok- Heathrow

Want to add a 4 day trip from
Bangkok - Shanghai- Bangkok to then continue back to Heathrow on my other ticket
