any advice on how can we stay in china for good?

Im a filipina with a chinese boyfriend and planning to get married next year. We agreed to settle down in china. If this statement is required,

-"You can stay in China for 30 days if you get L visa to return to Mainland China, then you can extend it for two times, 90 days stay duration in China in total. It is impossible for you to get a chinese ID. If your marriage can be maintained for 5 years, and you stay in China for at least 9 months each year, then you can apply for Permanent Residence permit valid for 5 years or 10 years."

is there any other option on our case that both of us where working onboard? Because I think it's impossible for me to stay china for atleast 9months each year. Especially with a minimum of 6months contract.
