About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My son is a Foreigner in China with Tourist L type. He wants to get married to Chinese citizen.

What documents are required? What visa is he eligible for?

Bee, your son can get married in China with the tourist L type. He needs to provide passport, tourist L type and a single status certificate from your country.
