what is the requirements of having a chinese passport?

My husband is chinese and i am Filipino.Our baby was born in the Philippines.How can i get chinese passport for my new born baby here in the Philippines?I am planning to go back to china once i get my baby's chinese passport..thank you

Hi, first, you should prepare the completed application form, and 2 passport-style photos, you and your husband's passports and the copies, your husband's residence permit or visa in Philippines and the copy, as well as your marriage certificate and its copy, your child's birth certificate and the charge receipt, and written statement. Then, make an online appointment before submit the application to the China embassy.
