What's the best place to stay in Macao?

Looking to do a week long trip in Macao and then will head over to Hong Kong. Could you share the names of hotels and hostels which accommodate foreigners on a strict budget? Thank you.

2. Hotel Lisboa with excellent surroundings; price: MOP$800 or above/night
3. Mandarin Oriental Macau with good service; price: MOP$2000 or above/night
