About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Fry from Seattle(USA) to Pudong airport and From Hongqiao Air port to Hongkong, there 4 hrs layover.

is sufficient without missing the Hongqiao to Hongkong flight ?

Hi, your time is sufficient. You can take the subway line 2 from Pudong to reach the T2 of Hongqiao airport. It will take you around 1.5 hours, and the ticket fare is CNY8 per person.
