About:China Visa Exemption

Hello, I will be traveling from Bali to Guangzhou and then to the United States.

I have a 14 hour layover in Guangzhou before I fly to the US. If I want to travel outside of the airport in Guangzhou during my layover do I need a visa?

thank you so much.

Hi, you need to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at the airport to explore the city.
