About:Year of the Dog

Fight to hold on or let it go?

Hello,

I was born 9/30/1983 and my partner on 2/13/1982, lately I have been having suspicions that he is being unfaithful and dishonest. He has cheated on me before and I let him back in my life. It's been years and I have not been able to heal. I need to know if this relationship is worth fighting to keep or if I need to let it go?

Let him go. What are you fighting for? Someone who hurts you?Look, we allow people into our lives. We have control. If you want a monogamous relationship & wouldnt dream of cheating on someone then you need to have a clear opinion of those who DO cheat on people. Too many women especially, get stuck in a cycle of jealousy (he cheated with her...that must mean shes better than me...so I want him back to prove my worth even though hes a low-down dirty cheater and shes no better). If they cheat thats it. No more. You need to get it very straight in your mind that you deserve someone good and faithful like yourself. That doesnt mean they neednt be exciting...exciting nice guys do exist you know!!! Just not someone who will hurt you. If they hurt you they are bad.... pigs like comfort and stability...Good luck!!!
