What hotels/ serviced apartments are near College of Business, Shanghai university of Finance & Econ

I'm looking for a reasonably price accommodation near COB, SUFE for about 3 weeks to 1 month stay? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!

SH Wenyuan Star Hotel located at no.507, Zhengli Road is only about 300 meters from the university. It may charge CNY200-300/night for a double room.
