I am currently collecting the appropriate documents to acquire a Chinese Working Visa.
Hi,
I am an Australian citizen, although currently live in South Korea. I am a non-resident in Australia and have not lived there for a number of years.
One of the documents the Chinese government requires is a certified copy of my UNSW (university of new south wales) diploma.
I had this notarized by the Australian Embassy in Korea but the Chinese Embassy in Korea refused to notarize as it was not a Korean document.
I do not plan to return to Australia any time soon. I am in the USA and in Italy (my family resides there) in the next few months before I am supposed to move to China (Shenzhen) with my partner.
Two steps that need to take place:
1. Certified copy of my UNSW diploma
2. Notarized by the Chiense Embassy
Is there any way to have this document certified in Australia and notorized in by the Chinese Embassy in Australia without me being there?
If this is at all possible, can I apply for my Z-type in either the USA or Italy?
