Where to stay in HK for 2 nights & be able to maximize our experience?

kindly advice hotel that is close by shopping & good dining destinations.

Generally speaking, Mong Kok District will be the busy area in HK. The Stanford Hotel will be a nice choice for you. It is located at no.118, Soy Street, near the Mong Kok Metro Station. In this case, you can go around the city easily.
