About:Visa Policy of China

what are the requirements to get a visa to beijing,china to attend a seminar invited by china?

this is my second time to attend a seminar in china, the first one was last april 2016.

You can apply for an F type for that. You need to provide passport and its photocopy, the application form, a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, an invitation letter from the inviter and proof of your financial support.
