About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I'm planning a trip to Asia from USA.

Wanted to see if I could utilize Chinese transit visa in Shanghai. I'm flying home from Singapore, but wanted to see if I stopped in Shanghai from Nov 24 at 5 pm and continued back to USA at Nov 26. Would I qualify for free transit ?

Your route isn't clear, but SIN - SHA - USA would obviously qualify for 144 hours visa-free transit, assuming non-stop flights and an eligible passport.
