reserve train tickets for cities in chinaa trip to lhasa 2 months in advance

I was wondering if and how it is possible to reserve tickets for hard sleepers 2 months in advance (e.g. to Xi'an, Chengdu and Lhasa). Is there a guarantee that i would get those tickets?thanks!

The ticket only begin for sale 30 days within the departure date, and I heard that there will be an adjustment recently thus the sale date can be even shorter. The ticket can only be reserved after sale date. In fact for a Lhasa trip, the ticket is very hard to get. So it may hard to guarantee it in advance.
