from international flight to domestic departure

Question

Arriving by Southern  airline from overseas and to Urumqi. How much time required  for hassle free transfer since passenger has to go through custom , immigration and collect luggage. Is there any personnel to assist passengers on transfer. Please advise with detail procedure. Thank you.

As I know, it may need about 2 hours to make the transfer. Upon arrival, you can ask the staff to help you. The specific process is as following.Flight Arrival - Inspection & Quarantine - Frontier Inspection - Baggage Claim - Customs Inspection - Transfer Procedure - Security Check - Waiting & Boarding
