About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flight into Shainghai then board cruise to South Korea

Can I arrive by air into Shanghai, then board for a cruise next to Busan, South Korea, and use the 144 hour visa ?

Jonathan, yes, you can use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai if you travel like Australia-Shanghai-Korea.
