I would like to fly into Xi'An airport and go directly to the Terracota Warriors. What are my transportation options? Are there taxi cabs at the museum?

You can take airport shuttle line 2 from the airport to Xian Railway Station first, then take tourism bus no.5 (306), 914, or 915 at the east square of the railway station and get to the Terracotta Warriors at the final station. The whole journey takes around 2 hours.You may also choose to take a taxi from the airport to the museum directly and the fare is about CNY200. There are also cabs available at the museum.
