I am arriving on KA992 May 28 in Beijing Capital Airport T3.

And flying out at 19:10 via HU7101 from T1.
Will there be enough time and what is the best route?

Is it an international to domestic transfer at PEK? If yes, you need to have at least 3 hours to make this transfer. The transfer procedures are the following:
1: Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection
2: Baggage Claim
3: Customs Inspection
4: Going through Transfer Formalities
5: Security check
6: Waiting & Boarding
