About:Hong Kong Airport Express

We will be arriving by KA692 at HKIA, can we enjoy the free shuttle frm apr to Prudential htl?

Firstly, you may misunderstand the free shuttle service, which are only provided for Airport Express users and can be taken at Kowloon or HK Station. And the buses can only take passengers to some hotels, but the Prudential is not among them!

Though, as I know, your hotel is so close to Jordan Station. Then you can take Airport Express to Kowloon first and then transfer to free bus line K1 to get off at Jordan Station to walk to your hotel easily!
