Will Li River cruises be available late February?

we will be in Guilin on 27 Feb 2018 and would like to do walk/cruise to Yangshuo -- will boats be running on the river then?

As I know, the Li River Cruise will be still available in late February if it doesn’t rain. However, it will be a little cold at that time, so you may take some warm clothes with you.
