I will arrive in pudong airport around 2AM in the morning.

Is there a bus route or stops near shanghai Jinchen hotel at that time? The said hotel is located in Huaihuai Rd.

You can take the airport shuttle bus night line to East Yan’an Road Middle Zhejiang Road Bus Stop which is about 3.5 kilometers to your hotel. Then you may take a taxi to your hotel at a cost of CNY25 or so at night directly.
