I am surprised if you as an Earth Rooster don’t get a gainful year this year. It will happen that your boss won’t stay longer on his job, or he will change his attitude towards you. You could also look for another job elsewhere, as this year you are meant o have a very good year. You didn’t write your hour and minute of birth and the closest big city to your place of birth, so we could see your houses. It could also be that either your 10th House of Career or your 6th House of Work has a bad planet, which started transiting through it recently, or such a planet started aspecting badly one of these two houses I’ve just mentioned.
