As I know, you can take a coach at Jinyuan Long-distance Bus Satation to Luanchuan County. This coach will stop by the crossing of Laojun Mountain. This coach departs at 04:30, 04:50, 05:10, 05:30, 05:50 and 06:25 with the duration of 2-3 hours. The ticket fare is CNY50/person. Upon arrival, you can take a local vehicle to the destination.
