Laojun Mountain Temple

Limited info for Laojun Temple and cable car. I saw pic, the scenery is stunning..
Want to ask, how to go? Should i go for 1 day or 2 days for Laojun Mountain? How to get more info? I'm staying in Luoyang. I'm with parent, age 60 plus.. able to go? What is the plan if i go 2d 1n? How to go from LY to the mountain... Pls help...
