how do i get from my hotel to the train station?

I am staying at the Regal International East Asia Hotel in Shanghai and will be departing from one of the two Shanghai stations, but I do not now yet which station. Thank you.

I suppose you refer to Shanghai railway station or Shanghai Hongqiao Station? From the hotel, you can take subway line 10 (at Shanghai Library) to Hongqiao station. You can take line 1 at Hengshan Road to reach Shanghai railway station.
