Hi in December i will fly to Shanghai wit final destination hong kong, with a stay in SHA 5 days

my detailed flight is : dep .MXP 16/12/07 - arr. SHA 17/12/07 , dep. SHA 22/12 – arr. HGK 22/12, dep. HGK 22/12 – arr. MXP 31/12. I stay in Shangai not more than 144 hours. May I use 144 hour free transit in Shanghai to HGK ? tks
