As I remember, there is a shuttle bus at Shangri-La Bus Station heading for Lijiang and it will stop by Hutiaoxia County, so you can get off when the bus stop at Hutiaoxia County. The ticket fare is around CNY20/person.0

You can take a coach from Shangri-la Coach Station to Tiger Leaping Gorge Qiaotou Town. But I didn't find the exact schedule on the internet. You can go to the bus station and consult the staff there.0
