We would like to visit PRC as much as we can while we living in Taiwan. Is there a way or office that we can apply for PRC visa from Taiwan? If not, can we apply from your LA office in Cal while we are on vacation there? Perhaps utilize your express service for quick turn around. If so, what is the longest (10 years visa?) visa we can get? and what are the fees. Thank you and your information is greatly appreciated.

Lishia, no, there is no relevant office in Taiwan. You can apply for it from the consulate general of China in LA if your living area belongs to its consular district.You can choose the express service. It is possible for you to get 10-year visa. Usually, it costs USD140 per person.
