About:China Work Visa

application not granted

i have got a good job to teach in China Ningbo, fully qualified and and my paper work examined for the first and second stage. I come from an African country and English is our official language.

My application has been rejected on grounds that I don't come from a first world and my country isn't on the list of eligible countries to get a work visa in China.
Is this true...has anyone seen that list?
