About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I'm from the Netherlands, can I get a single entry L visa for China in Malaysia

'm from the Netherlands and traveling in Asia right now. Can I get a single entry L type for China in Malaysia in May 2017? Or in another Asian country? I am not able to travel back to the Netherlands. I am planning to be in China the end of this month (May) till half june.

You can try to apply for it in Malaysia. It is possible.

Malaysia CVASC is not accepting Third country Applications for Travel L type. I was just there at the CVASC on the 18th and they still don't have a date where they would release this hold. I was also told from one officer it could be released on 22nd May 2017. Currently my British Husband and Child are stuck in Malaysia due to this hold up. And I am already in China.

I am Malaysian so I applied for my L type on the 15th and received it on 18th.

Hope this info help. They advised to call the hotline to enquire before going to the center.
