Does the sign of the goat needs to avoid Rat, Ox, Tiger, Dragon, Snake, and Dog?

If we click on Love Compatibility written to the top left of this page, we can see a table in which Goat sign is at the start, and the Ox, Dragon, Snake and Dog are marked with an X, which means impossible understanding between a Goat person and any of these other signs listed there with an X. Goat with Tiger has written there that they could be good friends. Goat and Rat says that they could be either friends or bitter enemies.
