i don't think you understood so im going to rephrase that. i know you can not give me for sure answers about the visa because everything can happen but my question is about the rules, which should be sure at least theoretically. now if in the embassy they, for some reason, are not following that rule that is another question and not your problem. so do you know if a BRAZILIAN with a STUDENT VISA living in China can take a kazaquistan visa IN China? because for what i researched before, a few months ago, i could but now there is a embassy in Brazil which there wasn't before. so maybe i only could take the visa there (which is out of the question). i ve been trying to send an email to the embassy in Beijing but i couldn't get a reply. and the phone also doesn't work. thanks for the answers
