About:Nightlife in Hengyang

Hello, I am Lithuanian and want to flight Vilnius-Moscow-Shanghai-Singapore-Moscow-Vilnius.

is it acceptable to apply for a 144h visa if I stay in Shanghai for 3 days and Singapore is tranzit city?

Thank you for the answer. If I flight Vilnius-Moscow-Shanghai-Hong Kong-Moscow-Vilnius with the staying 2 nights in Shanghai, it is acceptable to apply for a 72 h visa too, is it correct?
