As I know, people who hold Indian passports are allowed to stay in Hong Kong for 14 days without visa. As for the 2-day trip, it is suggested that you spend a full day visiting the Disneyland or Ocean Park and the other day exploring the main attractions of the city, like Victoria Peak, Victoria Harbour, Causeway Bay, Repulse Bay and Temple Street night market.
