15-day free Visa for Cruise

Hello, we are interested in a Celebrity cruise which will depart from Shanghai with at stop in Tianjin port Termjnal (Beijing) for 3 day, from Tianjin port to Seoul, Korea on the same cruise ship. We will fly into Shanghai airport. Do we qualify for the 15-day visa or 144-hour free visa which will cover the 3 days or cruise dock at Tianjin pry terminal? Or do we need to apply a Visa for Tianjin/Beijing? Thank you so much for your help.

Dani, if you book a tour for your first entry to Shanghai, you can enjoy the 15-day free entry policy and you can enter Tianjin and Beijing. If you don't book it, a visa is needed for this trip. If you fly to Shanghai from another country after the trip and then leave Shanghai within six days to a different country, you can enjoy the 144 visa-free transit policy this time.
