how to go from tianjin binhai to south railway station?

I have train G115 from South Railway Station (hope there's only one south train station?). I have very small time between arrival and train departure. What is fastest way, where to get taxi and how much will it charge? Is it pre paid or meter taxi?

Don’t worry, there is only one South Railway Station. Upon arrival at the airport, you may ask the staff to lead you to the taxi service platform. It usually pays by meter. The taxi fare may be CNY150-200 and this trip may take around 1 hour.
