Can I get a VOA at Shenzhen Luo Hu port for the 5day stay in Shenzhen?

I am a Netherlands passport holder and getting a VOA at Luo Hu has been without problems, typically takes only 15 minutes or so. Watch for the escalators going up just before the China immigration booths. Usually opens 7AM weekdays, but recent Monday 8AM. Don't forget to fill out the regular entry form after the voa is issued.
