About:China Visa Application Requirements

S2 visa to visiting scholar

I am currently holding S2 visa and residing in Wuhan with my spouse. I now have an invitation for a visiting scholar position in Beijing. Do I actually need to exist? Thanks

If you will work in China, you need to change your S2 type to a work Z type then.
