About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

What happen whith Indian Citizen

I Baljinder Singh and I have Indian Pasport and Mexican Card Temporaly Residence, I will need apply some transit visa? I will stay 15 hours in Guangzhou Airpor, the airline is China southern, the fligth is Mexico-Vancouver-Guangzhou-Delhi
