About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

What happen to my family visit visa or temporary resident permit in china when I become a widow .

We have properties in china belonging to both.

After the family visit visa or residence permit turns invalid, you may need to convert it to another type. Since you have properties in China, you can apply for China Private Visit Visa (S).
