On arrial visa to enter Qingdao

Do official passport holder Bangladeshi citizen can get an on arrival visa to enter QD through Liuting Airport?

Nasir, if you hold official passport, you can enjoy free entry to China for a saty of not more than 30 days. No visa will be needed then.
