About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Study in China public school

My wife is a Chinese national. For the past 2 years my daughter with a foreign citizenship is staying with her in China. Can my daughter apply for primary school education in the government school (public school) using the Certificate of Permanent Residence of Aliens?
Presently, she's attending a nursery school.

Does the certificate of Permanent Residence Permit differs from places to places e.g. province, city for enrollment in public school?

No, it doesn’t. It can be used around the whole China.
