What documents do I need from China school to apply student visa study 2 years in Guangxi ?

I am Chinese and Malaysian from Kuala Lumpur. I am applying visa X1 online for my child, Hoong Rong Qian, 17 years old to study in Nanning, Guangxi, China from 2025 - 2027. What form do I have to ask from the school ? Thank you.
