How to get a one year multiple entry M type to China from India?

I have travelled to China more than 25 times in the past 8 years. As I travel 3 to 4 times in a year, I look for getting mutilple entry visa. But whenever I apply for China visa, they mostly issue for Single entry - 3 months validaity one. Can you please advise me the procedure to get the multiple entry business M type that will be valid for atleast one year? Thanks.
